What is bond in NEET PG?

In NEET PG, a service bond is imposed by many state governments. Candidates who take admission in government medical colleges must sign a bond agreement. The duration of service may range from 1 to 5 years depending on the state. If the candidate fails to complete the bond service, a penalty amount (which may range from ₹10 lakhs to ₹50 lakhs or more) must be paid.
